We’re looking for someone with a bit of personality, plenty of initiative and the confidence to help us make Axe & Golf bigger and better.

Because we don’t want to be just another place people visit once.
We want Axe & Golf to be the place people think of for something different to do, work parties, birthdays, date nights, team building, Christmas parties or just having a crack with your mates.
And we want someone who can help us build that.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
This is a mix of Shift Manager Promotions & Marketing.
One day you might be running a busy Saturday night.
The next you might be helping us come up with a promotion, talking to local businesses about Christmas parties, creating content, improving the customer experience or coming up with a completely new idea.
You’ll help with:
Running shifts and looking after customers
Leading and working alongside our team
Promotions, events and marketing
Social media and content
Building relationships with local businesses
Growing our Christmas party and group bookings
Helping develop new experiences, offers and ideas
Generally finding ways to make Axe & Golf busier, better and more fun
HOW?
Bring ideas.
Have a crack.
Talk to people.
Make things happen.
We’re not looking for someone who needs a 14-page procedure before they can do something.
We want someone who can see an opportunity and say:
“Why don’t we try this?”
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’ll probably suit us if you’re:
Outgoing, reliable and good with people.
Comfortable taking responsibility for a shift.
Creative enough to help with promotions and marketing.
Happy working as part of a team but capable of getting things done yourself.
And most importantly, you actually care about helping grow the business.
THE IMPORTANT STUFF
RSA required — but if you’re the right person and don’t have one yet, we’re happy to pay for you to get it.
You must be available through until 23 December.
Our Christmas party period is important, so you’ll need availability across weekends and some weekdays as bookings ramp up.
This could be a outstanding role for someone from hospitality, events, marketing, retail or sales, but attitude and initiative matter more to us than having the perfect resume.
