Senior Signage & Automotive Trim Vehicle Wrap Installer

Radikal Wraps is a growing automotive protection and customisation studio specialising in premium vehicle work. We are looking for an experienced installer who can take ownership of vehicle wrapping, automotive trimming and signage projects from preparation through to completion.

This position would suit a capable tradesperson who is already comfortable working independently and producing consistently clean, detailed results. It is not an entry-level or trainee position.

What you’ll be doing The successful applicant will work across a varied range of automotive and commercial projects, including:

- Preparing vehicles and substrates before installation.
- Installing colour-change vinyl, printed graphics, commercial vehicle signage and paint protection film.
- Applying vinyl, PPF and specialty materials to vehicle exteriors and interiors.
- Working with suede, Alcantara, printable films and other automotive finishing materials.
- Removing and reinstalling door cards, seats, headliners, dashboard components, floor coverings and interior trim panels.
- Completing interior trimming, wrapping, refinishing and restoration work.
- Modifying and working from pre-cut or custom vehicle templates.
- Producing and installing fabricated signage, dimensional lettering, 3D sign boxes, wall graphics and display elements.
- Completing commercial and office interior surface-wrapping projects when required.
- Operating digital and flat-bed printers, laminators, plotters and cutting equipment.
- Using CAD, plotting or cutting software to prepare accurate production files.
- Checking completed work and maintaining a consistently high standard of finish.
- Protecting customer vehicles and keeping tools, equipment and work areas clean, organised and safe.

The experience we’re looking for To be considered, you should have:





- A minimum of three years of relevant practical industry experience.
- At least two years of experience completing work on luxury or premium vehicles.
- Strong hands-on ability in vehicle wrapping, vinyl installation, signwriting and automotive trimming.
- Experience installing PPF, printed media, colour-change films and specialist interior materials.
- The ability to dismantle and correctly reassemble vehicle interiors without damaging panels, clips, trims or finished surfaces.
- Experience operating plotters, cutters, laminators and digital printing equipment.
- Working knowledge of CAD, cutter or production software.
- The ability to interpret templates, measurements and installation specifications accurately.
- Signage fabrication and installation experience, which will be viewed favourably.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering a properly finished job.
- The ability to plan and manage your workload, meet deadlines and work effectively when the workshop is busy.
- A reliable, punctual and respectful approach to work.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a close-knit team.
- A genuine appreciation for vehicles, skilled workmanship and quality presentation.
