CGC Recruitment are working with a High-End Residential Home Builder based on the Lower North Shore and have been operating for nearly 10 years delivering projects across the Eastern Suburbs and the Northern Beaches.
With robust pipeline of work already secured, they are ready to bring in an experienced Site Manager to deliver a new project.
Your first project will be delivering a new build home in the Eastern Suburbs and it will require someone with good construction methodology and someone who has dealt with complex projects in the past.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring the build progresses safely, on program, and to specification
- Oversee complex structural elements, coordinating closely with engineers and structural trades
- Maintain the high standard of finish expected on a premium residential project
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site
- Monitor quality control at every stage, from structure through to final finishes
- Manage site safety (WHS) compliance and documentation
- Liaise with the Project Manager/Construction Manager on program, budget, and variations
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reporting
- Resolve on-site issues efficiently to keep the build moving
- Ensure defect-free handover at project completion
About You
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-end residential new builds
- Strong understanding of complex structural works
- Excellent trade and subcontractor management skills
- Current White Card and valid driver's licence
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
