We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team and take responsibility for the successful delivery of a substantial Class 2 residential project in Sydney.

This is an opportunity for an experienced construction professional who has a strong track record delivering medium to large-scale Class 2 residential projects and is looking for their next long-term opportunity.

About the Role

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day site operations, ensuring the project is delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing all day-to-day site activities and construction operations
- Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Managing programme, sequencing and site logistics
- Ensuring works are delivered in accordance with plans, specifications and relevant standards
- Maintaining a strong focus on quality, safety and compliance
- Conducting site meetings and coordinating trades
- Monitoring project progress and reporting to the Project Manager
- Managing site documentation, inspections and QA processes
- Identifying and resolving construction issues as they arise
- Maintaining strong relationships with consultants, subcontractors and stakeholders
- Ensuring the project remains on programme and within agreed project requirements





About You We are looking for a Site Manager with:

- Minimum 5 years' construction experience in Australia
- Strong experience delivering Class 2 residential projects
- Proven experience working on decent-sized projects, ideally with project values of $30M+
- A solid understanding of Australian construction practices, standards and regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades
- Strong programming, coordination and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A hands-on approach with the ability to take ownership of a site
- Relevant construction qualifications
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and programme delivery
