• Oversee residential builds from site start through to completion

- Coordinate trades, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Manage construction timelines, quality, and safety standards
- Liaise with clients, trades, and internal teams
- Ensure projects remain on track and delivered to a high standar d

• Single Storey Homes - Occasional double storey

- Baldivis to Lakelands
- 25-30 homes tops
- Investors

About You

- Experience supervising residential builds with a Project or Custom Home Builder
- Highly organised,



with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise multiple sites
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset with a solid focus on identifying and resolving issues
- A solid understanding of construction regulations, WHS requirements, and quality control processes
