About the role
Hansen Yuncken is looking for a Site Supervisor to join the team on a Healthcare Project in Cairns, QLD. You'll play a vital role in delivering complex, high-profile projects that create lasting value for communities. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and ready to be part of a cooperative and forward-thinking team.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of all site safety and ensure all procedures are monitored according to the Project Safety Management Plan
- Monitor the progress of works against the current construction program and ensure all trades are coordinating with each other
- Oversee the quality of trade works to ensure the required standard is achieved in all cases
- Managing cost control for certain aspects of the project, as directed by the Site Manager, to ensure the project meets its required performance targets in relation to budget
About you
- Experience as a Foreman/Site Supervisor on commercial/government projects is essential
- Good understanding of OH&S; processes
- Programming knowledge
- Established relationships with subcontractors
- Trade qualification preferred
- Excellent communication skills
