We’re Hiring: Social & Digital Account Director

About the Role

As our Social & Digital Account Director, you’ll lead a portfolio of clients across always-on social, influencer, and integrated brand campaigns. You’ll oversee strategy, creative development, content delivery and campaign performance—while guiding a high-performing team and ensuring projects run on time, on budget and on brief.

This is a leadership role that requires confidence in client engagement, a sharp eye for detail, and a passion for platform innovation. You’ll collaborate closely with content creators, creatives, paid specialists and event teams to bring integrated campaigns to life that connect brands to culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead day-to-day client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
- Oversee the strategic direction and execution of digital and social campaigns
- Guide content strategy, social calendars, influencer briefs and integrated comms
- Track campaign performance, scopes, deliverables and financials




- Mentor and support a team of Account Managers and Coordinators
- Lead forecasting, reporting and budgeting alongside the senior team
- Contribute to new business, organic growth and internal innovation

What You’ll Bring

- 6–8 years of experience across social media, influencer or digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
- Strong commercial mindset with confidence in budgeting, quoting and forecasting
- A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and build trusted client relationships
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of campaign success
- Leadership experience—you're confident mentoring, delegating and developing junior team members
- A passion for digital innovation, brand storytelling and measurable outcomes
