About the role
n We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to join our team, covering Queensland and Northern NSW. In this role, you will manage and grow partnerships for Temperzone and Hitachi, acting as a trusted brand ambassador. You'll develop strong relationships with key dealers, trade partners, and commercial specialists while driving sales growth through strategic planning and execution. This position requires a proven track record in HVAC sales and the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.

- Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts.

- Promote Temperzone and Hitachi products with confidence and professionalism.
n
- Plan and manage regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships.
n
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and great customer experiences.

- Support marketing and promotional activities, including events and training sessions.
n
- Provide insights on market trends and opportunities to help shape our strategies.

- Uphold company standards for safety, quality, and customer service.

Skills And Experiences n
n
What you will bring to the role
n
n
- Proven sales history in the HVAC industry with at least 3 years' experience working with established brands or projects.
n
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration or electrical engineering with HVAC background (certifications such as ASHRAE are a plus).
n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
n
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical schedules, electrical drawings, and specifications.
n
- Experience in VRF selection and design is advantageous.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and quoting processes.
n
- Highly organised, goal-driven, and able to work independently while contributing to team success.
