Connect People is currently looking for experienced Civil Labourers & Trade Assistants to join our growing workforce across Central Sydney and Western Sydney.
We work with a range of established civil, construction and infrastructure companies, providing skilled workers for projects across Sydney. Whether you're looking for your next long-term chance, regular casual work or want to get your foot into a major project, we'd like to hear from you.
What's on offer:
• $38-$45 per hour (job dependant) + super + travel allowance

Positions available:
Civil Labourers
• General civil construction and maintenance
• Site preparation and clean-up
• Assisting plant operators and trades
• Drainage, concrete, excavation and infrastructure works
• General manual handling and labouring duties
Trade Assistants
• Assisting qualified trades and site crews
• Using hand and power tools
• Material handling and site preparation
• General construction and maintenance duties
• Supporting tradespeople to keep projects running efficiently
• Rigging and dogging experience is a bonus
• Working at heights ticket or willingness to obtain is required
What we're looking for:
• Previous experience in civil construction, infrastructure, construction or similar environments
• Relevant tickets and licences for your role
• White Card & Driver's Licence minimum
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Australian working rights
