The Position
This is a Property Management role designed to let you focus on what you do best, managing your clients, landlords and portfolio.
You'll take ownership of a clean residential portfolio predominantly across the Western & Eastern suburbs with routine inspections taken care of and experienced support staff around you.




PropertyMe, Tapi and IRE are already in place, with established processes and structure to make your day-to-day easier.
It's a Monday to Friday, office based role with the stability of an established business and genuine opportunity to grow your career long term.

The Criteria

- Previous residential Property Management experience
- Current SA Property Manager Registration
- Strong understanding of SA residential tenancy legislation
- Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
- Team player with a practical, adaptable approach
- Looking for stability, support and a long-term career move
