You’ll use your practical skills and experience to ensure our facilities are maintained to a high standard while supporting resident safety, Work Health and Safety requirements and aged care compliance standards.Previous maintenance experience within residential aged care is highly regarded, as an understanding of the unique requirements of an aged care environment will help you succeed in this role.In this role, you will:Complete preventative and reactive maintenance and general building repairsCarry out minor repairs and general handyman duties across the serviceMaintain gardens, grounds, paths and outdoor areasFollow the preventative maintenance schedule and complete routine equipment checksCoordinate and support external contractors as requiredAssist in maintaining a safe environment for residents, employees and visitorsWork in accordance with relevant WHS, infection control and aged care compliance requirementsIdentify maintenance or safety issues and respond to them in a timely mannerOur ideal candidate has:Solid experience in a maintenance, handyman,
