The Role

Casual | Registered Nurse | Garran | Ozanam

We are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team inGarran | Ozanam, working across AM and PM shifts. This is your chance to make a meaningful difference, while growing your career in a supportive and values-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

- Carry out initial and ongoing assessment, planning, and management of nursing care for residents

- Develop personal care plans to ensure residents’ individual needs are identified and met, and monitor any changes in care plans

- Participate in quarterly care plan evaluations, or more frequently as needed

- Ensure all documentation required for quality care is prepared, maintained, monitored, evaluated, and up to date in accordance with SCC policies and procedures

- Ensure completion and accuracy of all ACFI claims

- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with general AHPRA registration

- Minimum 1-year experience as an RN within Aged Care





- Ability to set and maintain high standards in the provision of quality care and support services

- Ability to provide quality care and support to frail aged people

- Sound understanding of relevant State and Commonwealth legislation as it applies to Aged Care Providers

- Availability to work a variety of shifts including morning, afternoon, night, and weekend shifts

- Understanding of ANACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
