The Recruitment Officer is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding activities across a broad portfolio while ensuring compliance with organisational policies, procedures, and relevant legislation.

Duties

- Coordinate and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Advise hiring managers on the recruitment and selection process.
- Identify candidate sourcing opportunities and apply employer branding.
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements.
- Conduct telephone screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
- Carry out onboarding activities in accordance with applicable policy and standard operating procedure (SOP).

Benefits

- Starting salary of $77,281 + 12% super.




- Permanent full-time role.
- Company laptop & mobile phone.
- Salary package up to $15,900 net and add entertainment benefits up to $2,649 every Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) year.

Desired Skills and Experience

Required

- Sound knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection practices and onboarding.
- Effective time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- A high standard of written and verbal communication and comprehension skills.
- Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Problem solving capability.
- Ability to guide and lead others in the application of recruitment and selection processes.

Desirable

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.

Additional Requirements

- Working with Children’s Card (Blue Card) or be eligible to apply.
- National Police Check.
- Drivers Licence.
- Evidence of Work Rights.
- Immunisations Category D.
