As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Transport Administrator to help keep our operations and customer experience running smoothly.

About the Role

You’ll join our Transport Operations Team at Arundel, coordinating day-to-day logistics between customers, drivers, and depots.

It’s a hands-on, varied role that blends data entry, customer service, and transport admin, ideal for someone who takes pride in getting things right and enjoys being part of a team-oriented team.

Acting as a key liaison between our freight customers and the ABC Transport team, this role is focused on delivering exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong relationships with our freight customer base.

A Typical Day Might Include:

- Accurately entering and managing freight bookings and customer orders.

- Providing customers with order updates and delivery timeframes.





- Reconciling data across systems and customer portals.

- Assisting with quotes and cost confirmations for transport jobs.

- Coordinating with drivers, depots, and the sales team to resolve issues quickly.

- Supporting reporting, invoicing, and other admin tasks that keep things moving.

What You’ll Bring:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

- Confidence using systems such as CRMs, customer portals, or the Microsoft 365 suite.

- Experience in transport, logistics, accounts, or customer service.

- The ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.

- A proactive, team-first attitude.

- (Bonus) Experience in finance, invoicing, or account reconciliation.
