As part of the Sales Team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced food environment. We're open 7 days a week, offering a variety of shifts between 4:30am and 6:30pm, including weekends and public holidays.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver quick, friendly customer service
- Prepare and serve high-quality food, beverages, and coffee
- Maintain merchandising standards to create an inviting store environment
- Follow Banjo's established Work Health and Safety (WHS) practices to help maintain a safe workplace
About you
- A positive, confident team player who enjoys delivering excellent customer service
- Previous customer service and barista experience is desirable
- Reliable, well-organised, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment
