We are looking for a wonderful psychologist (clinical registrar, general psychologist, or clinical psychologist) who has a passion for working with young people. You will have the chance to work from our Kellyville Ridge and/or our Richmond practice, according to your preference.

We are a client-focused practice based in The Hills and Hawkesbury with a team of 20 psychologists and 5 administration angels :-) We assess and treat mental health conditions across the diagnostic spectrum. We have a homely and comfortable office in Kellyville Ridge and Richmond, as such, are expanding our services! We can’t wait to share this special, purpose designed space with you and our clients.

At our practice you will receive

- Supervision from our Director (Board approved supervision for registrars undertaking their 2 year program)

- Monthly group supervision with our early career psychologist group (skills learning, role playing etc!)

- Monthly team peer review

- Full administrative support

- Access to cloud based practice management software and outcome monitoring software

- Contemporary and comfortable office space designed with the client experience in mind





- Highly competitive remuneration- starting at $95,000k for general psychologists increasing to $110,000 for clinical psychologists- plus superannuation, leave entitlements, supervision (equating to $11,500 annually or $20,000 across your registrar program) and professional development allowance of $1000. We have a generous bonus structure for employed psychologists.

- We offer a 70/30 split for contractor roles if this is your preferred option.

- Reasonable expectations- commencing with 4 client spaces a day, increasing to no more than 6. No expectation for weekend work (although available if desired).

We are looking for

- Someone with a strong values and ethics focus

- Interest and experience in child and parenting interventions

- Experience in psychometric assessment and report writing (training in ADOS is highly desirable)

- Dynamic and personable- with genuine care for clients

- Willing to work independently on their caseload but apart of a greater team

- A commitment to learning and growth

- Strong knowledge of CBT and other gold-standard therapies

Pre-requisites

- Registration with APHRA as a psychologist or eligibility for registration within the next 2 months

- High level of professionalism, strong written and oral communication skills

- Right to work in Australia
