We are seeking a Technical Operations Specialist - OSS to support the operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of critical operational platforms used to monitor and manage telecommunications networks. This role plays an important part in ensuring platform availability, operational stability, and service performance across a complex production environment.

Working closely with technical teams, vendors, and operational stakeholders, you will be responsible for supporting business-critical applications and platforms, resolving incidents, performing maintenance activities, and driving operational improvements. This position offers exposure to a diverse technology landscape including Linux, virtualization, databases, automation, and network management systems, making it an excellent chance for professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, problem-solving, and working in a highly operational environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor, support, and maintain OSS and network management platforms to ensure high levels of availability and performance.
• Manage incidents, problems, changes, and service requests in accordance with established operational processes.
• Investigate and troubleshoot issues, performing root cause analysis for major incidents and recurring problems.
• Coordinate with vendors, project teams, and internal technical specialists to resolve complex technical issues.
• Support application onboarding, project transitions, and operational handovers.
• Plan and execute upgrades, patching, certificate renewals, and other scheduled maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support business continuity, disaster recovery, and resilience testing activities.





Skills Required
• Experience with OSS technologies such as Ericsson ENM, Nokia NetAct, Huawei U2020, Cisco Prime, IBM Netcool, or similar.
• Linux/Unix administration experience.
• Experience working within ITIL-based environments, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Understanding of SQL and database concepts.
• Experience with VMware or other virtualization technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience working with operational support teams in a complex technical environment.

Desirable
• Shell scripting and automation experience.
• Telecommunications, network operations, or service assurance experience.
• Knowledge of monitoring, fault management, and performance management systems.
