Our client is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider delivering predominantly mobile and in-home rehabilitation across Greater Brisbane and Southeast Queensland.
The team supports clients across disability, aged care, veterans and private funding streams, with Speech Pathology working alongside Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Dietetics and other allied health disciplines. The service model places a strong emphasis on holistic client care, clinical collaboration and outcomes rather than traditional individual billable-hours targets.

This role would suit a Speech Pathologist who wants to work predominantly with adults while developing deeper clinical capability in areas such as AAC, dysphagia and neurological rehabilitation.
You will have access to:
- An all-adult caseload that can be shaped significantly around your clinical interests
- Access to support from Senior Speech Pathologists
- Salary from $85,000 to $115,000 + super!
- Practical mentoring and opportunities to develop current clinical skills on the job
- A multidisciplinary team spanning Speech Pathology, OT, Physiotherapy and other allied health disciplines
- No traditional individual billable-hours or billable-revenue KPI target

About the Role:
This is a community-based Speech Pathology position that can be structured around an all-adult caseload,
with scope to develop your clinical interests across different areas.
Your week may include:
- Supporting adults in their homes and community settings, with clinic-based delivery also available
- Building a caseload around your clinical interests, including scope for a strong AAC focus
- Dysphagia assessment and intervention as part of the initial caseload
- Working across disability, aged care, veterans and private funding streams
- Collaborating with a broad multidisciplinary allied health team
- Predominantly mobile service delivery across your allocated area
- Autonomy over diary structure and scheduling
About You:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
- Current SPA membership or eligibility for SPA membership
- Comfortable delivering predominantly community-based services
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Working rights in Australia
