Due to recent growth within the business, Infinity is seeking an Assistant WHS Manager/ Advisor in Sydney where you will report to the WHS Manager. You will work collaboratively with the project teams and other associated partners to provide WHS support, advise and implement WHS policies across multiple sites.
Responsibilities
- Minimum of 5 years of proven track record in a similar role.
- Certificate IV in WHS or currently studying as well as HS Representative training.
- Proficient in HammerTech or equivalent site-based HS management software.
- First Aid Certifications (HLTAID009, HLTAID010, HLTAID011).
- Excellent understanding of industry practices, processes, and standards and current WHS Legislation knowledge.
- 5+ years experiencing in conducting investigations and risk assessments.
- Ability to maintain a risk-free workplace by identifying hazards and administering control measures.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills,
written and verbal.
- Proven experience in conducting health and safety audits.
