Early Childhood Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our growing team across at Little Treasures Greta.

We are looking for an educator who is passionate about children’s learning and development, with a Diploma level qualification. The successful candidate will be a kind, enthusiastic, and dedicated team player who enjoys creating meaningful experiences for children and contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

About You

You will:

- Hold a recognised Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) Diploma qualification/certification or equivalent recognised by ACECQA

- Have approximately 2 years’ experience working in early childhood education

- Be passionate about providing high-quality care, education, and meaningful learning experiences for children

- Create warm, nurturing, and inclusive environments where children feel safe, respected, and supported

- Be a confident team player who enjoys collaborating, sharing ideas, and supporting colleagues

- Bring enthusiasm, creativity, patience, and a positive attitude to your everyday practice

- Build robust, respectful relationships with children, families, and the wider community





- Have experience implementing the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) V2.0 and supporting high-quality educational programs

- Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional growth and reflective practice

About the Role

As part of Early Childhood Group, you will contribute to delivering high-quality early learning programs at Little Greta, and sometimes when required at Little Treasures Singleton and Bright Beginnings Maitland.

You will work alongside a passionate team of educators within a supportive multi-service network, sharing ideas, resources, and best practices across our centres. You will play an significant role in supporting children’s wellbeing, development, and school readiness while creating engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework.

Screening & Compliance Requirements

All applicants must demonstrate a strong commitment to child safety. Employment is conditional upon successful completion of all required screening and compliance checks, including:

- Verification of a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) prior to employment

- National Criminal History Check

- Completion (or willingness to complete) mandatory child protection training

- National Workforce Register check

- Two mandatory verbal reference checks (including one from the most recent employer and one direct supervisor)
