If you enjoy building strong tenant and landlord relationships, staying on top of your portfolio, and keeping things running smoothly, this role offers a great mix of autonomy and support.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections, and lease renewals
- Providing transparent, professional communication to landlords and tenants
- Ensuring compliance with ACT legislation and agency processes
- Working closely with a supportive team to deliver great service
What we’re looking for
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
- Solid organisational habits and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- A positive, solutions‑focused approach
- ACT Certificate of Registration with at least 1-2 years experience
