iPlay Australia is bringing our high-energy entertainment experience to Casuarina, Darwin, and we're looking for energetic, outgoing Supervisors and Customer Service Attendants to join the team.

This isn't just another new venue. It's the first iPlay in the Northern Territory!!!

You'll be part of the team laying the foundations for iPlay's future in the NT, creating an exciting new destination where families, friends and communities can come together to play, compete, celebrate and make Moments that Matter.

From arcade battles and big wins to birthday celebrations, prizes and unforgettable guest experiences, every shift will be packed with energy, excitement and plenty of fun.

Now, we're heading north.

iPlay Casuarina will be our first venue in the Northern Territory, giving you the opportunity to be part of something special from the very beginning.

You'll Be Great If You:

- Love working with people and creating great experiences

- Bring positive energy to every shift

- Have great communication skills and a friendly attitude





- Can work evenings, weekends and public holidays

- Enjoy working as part of a supportive team

- Want to be part of building something new

- Must have or be willing to obtain an Ochre Card

Team Lead Roles

We're also looking for experienced leaders who can:

- Lead, motivate and support a high-energy team

- Deliver outstanding customer service

- Support day-to-day venue operations

- Manage cash handling and shift responsibilities

- Solve problems with confidence

- Maintain high standards across the venue

- Help build a positive team culture from day one

- Keep the fun flowing, even when things get busy

A current Police Check is required for all Supervisor positions.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Hospitality, retail or entertainment experience

- Arcade, bowling or family entertainment experience

- Leadership or hospitality qualifications

- Experience working in a fast-paced customer-focused environment
