PRODUCTION OPERATOR

We are seeking reliable and motivated Production Operators to join fast-paced manufacturing and production environments. These roles involve hands-on production, machinery operation, material handling and quality control, with opportunities to develop new skills and progress into long-term or permanent positions.
The role may involve working across different stages of the manufacturing process, including operating machinery, processing and moving materials, assembling components, completing quality checks and preparing finished products for dispatch.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Depending on the production environment, your duties may include:

- Operate production machinery and equipment
- Load, unload and move materials and finished products
- Process, assemble and prepare products to specifications
- Use hand and power tools safely
- Complete basic quality checks
- Follow work instructions, production schedules and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe work area




- Work with the team to meet daily production targets

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Previous production, manufacturing, warehousing or similar experience
- Experience operating machinery is highly regarded
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic mechanical and tool knowledge
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team
- Current forklift licence is highly desirable
- Current driver's licence and reliable transport

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Production Operators may work across factory, manufacturing, warehouse and outdoor production environments. Roles may involve standing for extended periods, manual handling, repetitive tasks, operating machinery and working around moving equipment.
Successful candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to safety, quality, reliability and teamwork.
