The Opportunity:

From busy restaurant services and a vibrant bar offering to conferences, celebrations and special events, our Food & Beverage operation offers variety, pace and the opportunity to lead across a range of guest experiences.

Crystalbrook Riley is seeking confident, people-focused Supervisors who know how to set the pace, support their teams and maintain high standards when service is at its busiest. Opportunities are available across:

- Bar – Set the standard behind the bar at Paper Crane. You will lead the day-to-day operation, share your beverage knowledge, develop the team and maintain strong standards across service, presentation, stock and product quality.
- Restaurant Floor – Take a visible lead throughout service at Paper Crane. You will coordinate the floor and work closely with the bar and kitchen to deliver an experience that feels polished, personal and seamless.
- Conferencing & Events – Turn event plans into seamless guest experiences. You will lead team briefings, oversee setup and service, work confidently from event orders and run sheets, and ensure conferences, functions and celebrations are delivered with care and precision.





Each role will work closely with our venue and Food & Beverage leaders to make sound decisions, respond to changing priorities and maintain consistently high standards.

Permanent full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with our part-time roles offering between 24 and 38 hours per week. All positions operate across a seven-day rotating roster, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

The Talent:

You are an experienced Food & Beverage professional who leads with confidence, clarity and genuine care for people. You know how to read a service, anticipate what the team needs and step in where required to keep everything moving. Across all opportunities, you will bring:

- Previous supervisory or senior operational experience within a restaurant, bar, hotel, conferencing or events workplace
- Confidence leading service, setting priorities and coordinating a team throughout busy periods
- A visible, hands-on leadership style and a genuine interest in coaching and developing others
- Solid communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
- A warm, guest-focused approach with excellent attention to detail
- An understanding of the operational and commercial priorities of a successful Food & Beverage department
- A current Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate, or the ability to obtain one before commencing
