About the position

GCH Gardening service provides essential gardening and home maintenance services to help older adults and people living with disabilities maintain their independence. This role plays a vital part in enabling clients to live comfortably and safely in their own homes, while supporting their autonomy and well-being.

This role provides an exciting opportunity to work outdoors as part of a supportive team while making a real difference in the lives of people in the community.

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in gardening and outdoor maintenance

• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

• Knowledge of lawn care, including mowing, whipper snipping, and weeding.

• Basic mechanical knowledge for maintaining garden tools (changing oils, filters, mower blades, etc.).
