Willswood Farms Pty. Ltd. is seeking multiple reliable, hands-on Production Operators to join our team. You will assist with daily production activities, operate equipment safely and help maintain consistent product quality.
Key responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with training and procedures.
- Prepare materials and assist with processing, packing and labelling.
- Check product quality and report faults or inconsistencies.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records.
- Clean equipment and maintain safe, tidy work areas.
- Complete routine equipment checks and report maintenance requirements.
- Follow workplace health and safety, hygiene and biosecurity procedures.
- Work with the team to meet daily production requirements.
About you
- Reliable, punctual and willing to learn.
- Practical skills and strong attention to detail.
- Able to follow instructions and work independently or within a team.
- Committed to protected equipment operation and manual handling.
- Previous experience in production, agriculture, food processing or manufacturing is desirable.
- A forklift licence is advantageous where relevant.
