Are you a qualified Mechanical Tradesperson, Fitter & Turner, or recently completed your trade and ready to kick-start your career?

Marand Engineering is looking for motivated and detail-focused Trailer Assembly Operators for day or afternoon shift. Join our energetic Assembly Team to build precision aerospace equipment, reporting to the Assembly Supervisor.

What You'll Be Doing

- Assembling trailer components using engineering drawings.
- Following strict assembly instructions and specifications, gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Working with hand tools, power tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Conducting quality checks and testing completed assemblies.
- Contributing to a safe, productive and high-performing manufacturing team.

We're Looking For People Who:

- Hold a Mechanical Trade Qualification, Fitter & Turner qualification or similar.
- Are mechanically minded, eager to learn and wanting to build a long-term career with a company that invests in its people.
- Have strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Can stay focused and productive in a busy manufacturing environment.
- Take pride in producing high-quality work.
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
