The role
You will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, developing strategic client partnerships, and building lasting relationships with clients and candidates while growing your own specialist desk and market presence.
Your role will include:
- Building and managing client relationships
- Developing new business opportunities
- Sourcing and interviewing candidates
- Managing recruitment processes from start to finish
- Crafting engaging ad campaigns to drive applications
- Networking across the industry
- Negotiating offers
- Providing market advice to clients and candidates
- Building a strong personal brand within your market
