About the Role

Love entertaining people? Big personality? Not afraid to be a little silly? Aussie World is looking for energetic, outgoing and engaging people to join our Seasonal Entertainment & Guest Engagement Team.

These roles are perfect for performers, entertainers and natural people-persons who love creating memorable experiences. You might find yourself bringing a character to life, hosting an activity, entertaining guests around the park, supporting an attraction or stepping into one of our special seasonal events.

Throughout the year, opportunities may include Halloween, Christmas, school holidays and other special events and activations, alongside guest engagement and entertainment within our regular park operations.

We currently have opportunities across the following seasonal periods:

• ? Halloween – scare actors, creepy characters, atmospheric performers, event hosts and guest engagement roles.

• ? Christmas & Summer Holidays – Christmas characters, festive entertainment, family activities, roaming performers and holiday activations.

• ? School Holidays & Special Events – themed characters, hosts, performers, games, pop-up experiences and interactive entertainment.

Team members may also have opportunities to support entertainment and guest engagement during regular Aussie World operating periods.

What You Could Be Doing

Depending on the day, season or event, you may:

• Perform in an attraction or as a roaming entertainer throughout Aussie World

• Become a scare actor or themed character during our Halloween events

• Bring Christmas characters and holiday experiences to life

• Host games, activities, competitions and interactive guest moments

• Engage with families and children throughout the park

• Perform scripted or semi-improvised entertainment

• Assist with seasonal shows, pop-up entertainment and special activations

• Support attraction, queue or event operations when required

• Welcome guests, provide directions and help create a fun park atmosphere

• Assist with event setup, resets, pack-down and backstage requirements

• Rotate between entertainment, guest engagement and operational roles depending on the needs of the park

About You

We're looking for individuals who are:

• Outgoing, Energetic and Confident – comfortable approaching guests and performing or speaking in front of others.

• Naturally Playful – willing to be a little silly and great with children and families.





• Creative – comfortable improvising and bringing your own personality to a role.

• Reliable & Flexible – positive, dependable and able to take direction.

• Comfortable in Costume – happy wearing costumes, character makeup or themed wardrobe.

• Team Players – happy working both independently and as part of a team.

• Comfortable Outdoors – able to work indoors and outdoors in a busy theme park environment.

• Available – for weekends, school holidays, evenings and seasonal event periods as required.

Previous experience in acting, theatre, dance, singing, circus, character performance, hosting, children's entertainment, theme parks, attractions or events is fantastic, but personality, confidence and a willingness to get involved are what matter most – professional acting experience isn't required.
