The Role
We are seeking a nurturing and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join a well-established early learning service in the Northern Beaches.
The service focuses on creating a calm, responsive environment where children feel secure to explore, learn and grow.

You will:

- Develop and reflect on an inquiry-based curriculum that responds to each child's interests, needs and individual rhythms
- Build secure and trusting relationships with children
- Develop positive partnerships with families
- Work collaboratively with a qualified and experienced educational team
- Contribute to a positive team culture and uphold the service's philosophy
- Support children's connections with the wider community through outings and experiences
- Maintain a safe, hygienic and nurturing learning environment




- Maintain accurate records and follow policies and procedures

Role Requirements

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and contemporary early childhood practices
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for early learning

The Centre
Located in the Northern Beaches and has has a strong & highly qualified team. The service places a strong emphasis on consistency, with a stable team working alongside children and families each day.
Each room also has an additional qualified staff member to provide support, particularly during routine times, allowing educators to focus on meaningful interactions with children.
