About the Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Geebung team as a Customer Service Officer. Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable, growing business that genuinely invests in its people.

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Outbound calls to customers to book in & manage delivery requirements





- Answer incoming calls within guidelines provided

- Respond to customer enquiries and provide quality solutions to all requests

- Manage any delivery/order issues swiftly keeping customer informed

- Process changes to order after order acceptance

- Work with the Customer Service Team Leader and customer service team in identifying and implementing business improvement projects

- Complying with all Dowell Safety Policies and practices professionally

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role

- Robust communication skills and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service

- A positive, proactive attitude with the confidence to seek out information and solve problems

- Honest, approachable, and easy to work with

- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems and processes

- Strong attention to detail and organisation skills

- Eager to learn and build a long-term career with Dowell
