We're looking for a Community OT to join our team to cover the South Eastern/Bayside suburbs of Melbourne. Whether you're a new graduate ready to launch your career the right way, or an experienced clinician wanting more from your next role — we'd love to hear from you.
About the role
This is a mobile adult caseload across NDIS and Support at Home, working with people in their own homes rather than pulling them into a clinic. Functional assessments, home modifications, assistive technology, falls prevention and daily living — real problems, in real houses, with families in the room.
You'll be on the road most days, and you'll be making decisions on your own. We won't pretend that part is easy. What makes it work is what sits behind you.
What makes THC different
We're not a provider that hands you a caseload and a KPI and checks in when something goes wrong.
You get supervision weekly or fortnightly depending on the stage you are in your career but not monthly and not when the roster allows. Every Thursday the OT team is together face to face at our Malvern office, which is where the hard cases actually get talked through. Internal PD runs every fortnight, including smaller discussion groups where you get to speak rather than sit at the back.
And your diary is built and managed by our admin team, so you're not scheduling clients at nine at night.

Here's what comes with the role:
- $75,000–$105,000 + super (salary is based on experience)

What we're looking for
- Ideally at least one year of experience as an OT within community but recent grads also welcome!
- Current AHPRA registration
- Someone comfortable working independently in people's homes
- Someone who returns the case manager's call — the clinical work is only half the job
- Someone who wants to grow with us, not just clock on and off
- Current driver's licence and your own vehicle
- A genuine passion for working with older people and people living with disability
