Hammond Nguyen Turnbull (HNT) is a growing multidisciplinary law firm in Parramatta, and our Family Law practice is continuing to grow.

We’re looking for a Family Lawyer with 2+ years’ post-admission experience in Family Law who wants more than simply stepping into another role.

At HNT, you’ll have the prospect to take ownership of your matters, build strong client relationships, work closely with experienced lawyers and have a genuine say in a growing practice.

You’ll have the support around you to develop, while also having the autonomy to build your confidence, capability and career.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across a broad range of Family Law matters, including:

- Parenting and property matters
- Complex financial and parenting disputes
- Divorce and separation matters
- Binding Financial Agreements
- Negotiations and mediations
- Family Court and Federal Circuit and Family Court proceedings
- Managing your own matters and client relationships
- Working closely with senior lawyers and Partners on complex matters

As your experience develops, there will be opportunities to take on greater responsibility, build your client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the Family Law practice.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who:

- Has 2+ years’ post-admission experience in Family Law




- Has experience managing Family Law matters
- Is confident dealing directly with clients
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills
- Is commercially minded and solutions-focused
- Takes ownership of their work
- Is motivated to keep developing their technical and client management skills
- Wants to have a genuine say and influence as the practice continues to grow
