Waste Management Labourer / Forklift Operator

- $38.84 per hour + penalties

- Monday – Friday | 6:00am – 2:00pm

- Location: Greenacre, NSW

Our client is a leading provider in the waste management industry, committed to delivering safe, reliable and high-quality waste management services. This is a great opportunity to join a professional team in a hands-on environment.

What You Will Be Doing

- Perform general labouring and waste management duties across the site.

- Operate forklifts to move and dispose of waste in accordance with client requirements.

- Use computers, radios and communication platforms such as WhatsApp to communicate with the team and support weighbridge operations.

- Sort and handle materials including paper and plastic and load products into containers.

- Complete cleaning duties and maintain clean and safe working areas.

- Prepare plant, machinery and work areas as required.

- Complete records and paperwork accurately and maintain a professional level of customer service.

What You Will Need

- Current Forklift Licence.

- Minimum 6 months’ hands-on forklift experience.

- Current Australian Class C Driver’s Licence.

- Confident computer and communication skills, including using radios and WhatsApp.

- Ability to work safely and independently in a hands-on environment.





- Experience in waste management or weighbridge operations is desirable.

- Computer literacy and experience with weighbridge software will be highly regarded.
