About the Role
As our Program Support Officer, you'll play a critical role behind the scenes, ensuring our My health for life program operates smoothly and efficiently. You'll support program delivery through stakeholder engagement, administration, reporting, systems support, customer enquiries and coordination activities.
No two days will be the same as you:
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and provide exceptional customer support
- Maintain accurate records, databases and CRM systems
- Prepare reports, program documentation and communications
- Support program operations and system administration
- Assist with meetings, events and engagement activities
- Work closely with a supportive and collaborative team
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and program outcomes
- Help ensure Queenslanders receive a positive, high-quality experience with the program
About You
We're less interested in job titles and more interested in finding someone who embodies our values and brings energy, initiative and a solutions-focused approach.
You'll bring:
- Previous experience in administration, program support, coordination or customer service
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence using Microsoft 365 and CRM systems
- A collaborative approach and willingness to support others
- A passion for delivering outstanding service
- Experience in health, education or not-for-profit sectors will be highly regarded
