We are seeking a motivated and skilled CNC Press Brake Operator to join a growing operations team manufacturing high-spec ute canopies and service body fit-outs.

- $38.00 – $45.00 per hour + Superannuation (depending on experience)

- Full-time Monday to Friday role (40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Set up, program, and operate CNC Press Brake machinery to fold and form sheet metal components
- Ensure products are manufactured efficiently and to consistent, high-quality standards
- Interpret technical drawings, work orders, and job specifications accurately
- Inspect formed components using measuring tools to maintain tight tolerances
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace adhering to Lean manufacturing practices
- Follow all Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) policies and procedures
- Work effectively both independently and within a collaborative production team

Skills & Experience
- Previous experience operating CNC Press Brake machines (or similar sheet metal folding machinery) is essential
- Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings and bend allowances
- Proficiency using hand tools and measuring equipment (calipers, protractors, micrometres)
- Experience in metal fabrication, sheet metal work, or vehicle body building is highly regarded
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality control
