Our team consists of only experienced and long-term consultants with average tenure well over 5 years.

We are looking for a star player to join our Newcastle team. This role is work-from-home with office/team visits. Full or part time (e.g. 4 days/wk or 9 day fortnight) available.

You will need:

- to be highly experienced in workplace rehabilitation

- to have a strong reputation for high-quality service delivery, professionalism and integrity

- to be reliable, accountable and commercially aware

- to be trusted by colleagues, clients and customers

- to be able to build strong stakeholder relationships and generate repeat business

- to be able to work independently and autonomously

Key Responsibilities:

Principal Rehabilitation Consultant:

- manage a senior caseload including complex return to work cases

- deliver high quality injury management and return-to-work services

- develop strong client relationships and identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships

- support colleagues through peer reviews and mentoring

- conduct cooperative case reviews with key clients

- participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance outcomes and service delivery





Essential Requirements:

- degree qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology or Rehabilitation Counselling with current relevant registration (AHPRA, ESSA or ASORC)

- demonstrated success in managing complex workplace rehabilitation cases within the NSW Workers Compensation Scheme and/or other personal injury schemes

- high attention to detail to support quality activities

- ability to build trust quickly with injured workers, employers, insurers and colleagues

- flexibility, adaptability and ability to work autonomously

- full and current NSW Driver’s Licence and satisfactory Police Check
