? About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Education Counsellor to join our growing team.
You’ll be responsible for counselling students on Australian universities, RTOs, colleges, courses and career pathways, while managing applications and building robust relationships with students and education providers.
What You'll Do
- Counsel onshore & offshore students on Australian education options.
- Manage admissions, applications, offers, course changes and COEs.
- Assist Migration Agents with Student Visa (Subclass 500) applications and GS/GTE assessments.
- Coordinate with students, education providers and migration agents.
- Generate and follow up leads to achieve enrolment & conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure timely student follow-ups.
? What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of Education Counselling experience, preferably in overseas education or migration.
- Strong knowledge of Australian education and student visa processes.
- Excellent communication, counselling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven, proactive and highly organised.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
