At Churchie, Outdoor Education is more than an activity programme. It is a powerful learning experience that develops resilience, leadership, emotional intelligence and character in young men.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Outdoor Education Teacher on a permanent basis to join our team in 2027 and help deliver one of Queensland's most respected Outdoor Education programmes.

From leading wilderness expeditions and practical outdoor learning experiences to mentoring students and contributing to the broader life of the School, this role offers a unique opportunity to make a lasting impact.

We would love to hear from you if you have:

- Tertiary Qualifications in secondary education and outdoor education
- Certificates in bushwalking, paddleboarding, climbing and/or mountain biking
- A passion for experiential education
- A commitment to student wellbeing and character development
- Willingness to support the spiritual, community and cocurricular life of the School
- Current working rights for Australia
- Applicants must hold (or be eligible to obtain) registration with the Queensland College of Teachers
