We're a small, specialist education recruitment agency.

Small enough that your ideas matter. Established enough that you're not starting from nothing. Ambitious enough that we're definitely not interested in standing still.

We take the work seriously. Ourselves? Considerably less so.

Let's get one thing clear. This is a sales role.

You'll recruit teachers and leaders and build great relationships with schools. But you'll also grow business.

You'll be expected to:

- Win new school clients and grow existing relationships
- Create opportunities rather than wait for them
- Recruit great teachers and make placements
- Know your market and your numbers, and always be looking for the next win

You don't need to be pushy. We don't want that.

But you do need to be driven.

We want someone who looks at their market and thinks, there's more business out there and I'm going to find it.

So, who are we looking for?

Someone with a bit of fire in them.

You're commercially minded, competitive without being a knob and genuinely good with people. You like winning a client. You like making a placement. You like seeing your numbers go up.

You don't need to be chased. You create opportunities rather than waiting for them.



And when you have a good month, you're already wondering how you're going to beat it.

Recruitment experience would be excellent. Sales or education experience could be too.

We're interested in what you've achieved, what drives you and what you could grow here.

High expectations. Without the nonsense.

We work hard because we want to achieve. Then we go home.

You'll have targets and expectations, absolutely. But no ridiculous KPIs for the sake of KPIs and no one breathing down your neck.

You'll be trusted to do your job and managed like a human.

Commission is uncapped and genuinely achievable when you do the work.

The other stuff matters too.

We're currently based in Darra, two minutes from the train station, with street parking nearby.

We go out for celebration lunches. You get your birthday off. We head to Sydney for the awards. We celebrate the wins.

And daily trivia is taken far more seriously than it should be.

We're a small team. We're friends. We actually like each other. We're ambitious, we're kind and we want each other to do well.

$70k-$90k + super + uncapped commission, depending on experience.
