The Lorian Group is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join a progressive national construction company that is continuing to build its presence across Queensland.

With an established track record across high-end retail, hospitality, commercial fitout and refurbishment, the business has developed a strong reputation for delivering detailed, design-focused projects in live and complex environments.

As the Queensland business continues to grow, they are now taking on a greater number of new-build projects up to $20M, creating an opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team and play a key role in this next phase of growth.

Opportunity

This is a hands-on Senior Project Manager position suited to someone who enjoys running projects from start to finish, developing their team and being involved in the broader growth of a business.

You will be responsible for leading projects up to approximately $20M, with a strong focus on structural new-build delivery, alongside the company's existing portfolio of high-end commercial, retail and hospitality projects.

There is also genuine potential for this person to progress into a 2IC / senior leadership position, working closely with the Queensland leadership team as the business continues to grow.

About You

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager who has:

- Strong experience delivering commercial new-build and fitout/refurb projects
- A solid understanding of structural construction and project delivery
- Experience managing projects up to $20M




- A Construction Management degree or similar tertiary qualification
- Strong proficiency with Procore and MS Project
- Experience managing projects through the full construction lifecycle
- The ability to lead, mentor and develop a project team
- Strong subcontractor, consultant and client management skills
- Solid programming, financial and contractual awareness
- The confidence to take ownership of projects and make decisions
- A genuine interest in progressing into a senior leadership / 2IC capacity

Experience across retail, hospitality, commercial or high-end fitout/refurbishment would be highly regarded, particularly for someone who enjoys working across different project environments.
