We are seeking a relationship-focused individual to join our team and build a rewarding career in the insurance industry. About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, providing exceptional customer service, and is interested in developing a long-term career in insurance sales and administration throughout the Busselton and Dunsborough region.

You will have demonstrated:

• A strong customer service and sales focus.

• Initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent written, verbal, telephone, and face-to-face communication skills.





• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop tailored solutions for customers.

• Advanced computer skills and previous experience in an administrative, retail, or small office environment.

• Someone with a strong work ethic developed through customer service, retail, sales, or administration roles.

• Interested in learning about general insurance and financial services.

Qualifications and Training

Ideally, you will already hold, or be willing to obtain:

• Tier 2 General Insurance Accreditation.

• Tier 1 Accreditation (desirable).

• Australian Financial Services regulatory compliance requirements.

• Satisfactory Police and ASIC clearances.

No previous insurance experience is required. Full training and support will be provided, including Tier 2 accreditation if needed.
