Active Ability
Canberra
Build your career with real mentorship, real flexibility, and work that genuinely matters.
Active Ability is looking for an enthusiastic new-graduate Exercise Physiologist to join our Canberra team — full-time or part-time (minimum 3 days/week, your choice). You’ll be joining a team of 14 employee EPs (80+ clinicians company-wide) across the East Coast of Australia, with a structured 16-week onboarding program built specifically to set new grads up for success.
Not graduating just yet, or not based in Canberra? Apply anyway — we’re always keen to talk to experienced EPs too, with remuneration adjusted accordingly.
What’s On Offer
• 16-week structured onboarding — shadowing senior clinicians, weekly check-ins, mock sessions and a dedicated support buddy from day one.
• Real career progression — minimum 10 PD events a year, an individual PD plan on top of that and monthly clinical supervision.
• Mentorship from senior EPs through case reviews and skill-building sessions.
• Genuine flexibility — manage your own diary, work from home up to 1 day/week once established, and flexible start/finish times.
• All travel reimbursed and equipment provided including Apple laptop and phone.
• A supportive multidisciplinary team — collaborate with OTs, physios, dietitians, speech therapists and support coordinators.
• A track record you can trust — 12 years in disability therapy, ‘Most Outstanding Allied Health Organisation’ (2021) and ESSA Practice of the Year (2022), 5-star Google rating.
