Smith & Co Recruitment is partnering with an established Queensland civil contractor experiencing continued growth across its TMR and road infrastructure portfolio.
We are seeking experienced Project Engineers and Senior Project Engineers for multiple opportunities across Brisbane North, Brisbane South and the Sunshine Coast, along with FIFO and relocation opportunities throughout Queensland.
These positions will see you take ownership of key engineering and delivery functions across roadworks, earthworks and civil infrastructure packages. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors, subcontractors and site teams to drive safe, commercially successful project delivery.

Salary & Advantages
- $150,000–$180,000 + Super + Company Vehicle

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate engineering and construction activities across TMR road projects
- Manage subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, ITPs and project documentation
- Monitor project costs, forecasts, programs and progress against key milestones
- Work with site teams to maintain safety, quality and TMR specifications
- Support Project Managers with planning, reporting and commercial delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Previous Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering TMR and road infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of civil construction, earthworks and project delivery
- Ability to coordinate contractors, stakeholders and site-based teams
