We are currently working with established civil contractors to recruit experienced Civil Supervisors for multiple TMR and road infrastructure projects across Queensland.
Opportunities are available across Brisbane North, Brisbane South and the Sunshine Coast, along with FIFO and relocation options for candidates open to regional Queensland.
These positions suit hands-on Supervisors with proven experience delivering TMR roadworks, earthworks and civil infrastructure projects who can confidently coordinate crews, subcontractors, plant and daily site operations.
Salary & Benefits
- $160,000–$200,000 + super + company vehicle, depending on experience.
- Multiple opportunities across Brisbane North and Brisbane South.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities across TMR and road projects.
- Coordinate site crews, subcontractors, plant, materials and resources.
- Drive construction programs to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
- Maintain high standards across safety, quality and environmental compliance.
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers on project delivery.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven Supervisor experience within civil construction and road projects.
- Demonstrated experience delivering TMR projects in Queensland.
- Robust knowledge of roadworks, bulk earthworks and civil construction.
- Ability to effectively lead crews, subcontractors and site operations.
- Strong understanding of WHS, quality requirements and project specifications.
