Our client is a leading provider of refrigeration and air conditioning solutions, supporting customers with quality products, parts, and services. They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
What You Will Be Doing
- Serve customers at the front counter
- Answer customer enquiries over the phone
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Assist with warehouse duties
- Operate a forklift when required
- Assist with general stock handling and warehouse tasks
What You Will Need
- Previous customer service or warehouse experience
- Current Forklift Licence
- Robust communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Reliable and safety-focused approach
- Willingness to complete a mandatory Drug & Alcohol test
