About the Role

We have multiple Estimator opportunities available across Brisbane North, Brisbane South and the Sunshine Coast, along with FIFO and relocation opportunities for those interested in regional projects.

You'll be responsible for pricing and preparing tenders across TMR, roads and broader civil infrastructure works, working closely with senior management, delivery teams, subcontractors and suppliers to put together accurate and competitive submissions.

This is an opportunity to join a contractor with a robust forward pipeline, where your estimating experience will directly contribute to securing and delivering major civil projects.

Salary & Benefits

- $180K–$220K + super + company vehicle, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed estimates and tender submissions for TMR and road projects.




- Complete quantity take-offs across earthworks, pavements, drainage and structures.
- Review drawings, specifications and scopes to identify risks and opportunities.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing for tender submissions.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to develop methodologies and competitive pricing.

What You’ll Bring

- Previous estimating experience within civil construction or infrastructure.
- Demonstrated exposure to TMR, roads or transport infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methodologies and project costs.
- Confidence interpreting drawings, specifications and contractual documentation.
- Strong attention to detail with sound commercial and analytical capability.
