? What You’ll Be Doing
- Work alongside experienced supervisors to learn bitumen sealing from the ground up as a Road Construction Labourer.
- Complete timesheets, daily dockets and plant checks accurately each day.
- Support the team with general administration and record keeping.
- Travel across the South West and Great Southern (some overnight stays required – NOT FIFO).
? What We’re Looking For
- Energetic, positive, and ready to take on challenges.
- Willingness to work flexible schedule, including early starts and long days (8–13 hours).
- Strong communication skills and commitment to safety standards.
- Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Physically fit and able to pass a pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol screen.
? Essential Requirements
- White Card
- Current Driver’s Licence (minimum C with willingness to upgrade to HR)
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
