Rockingham Toyota is seeking an experienced and driven Fleet Sales Manager to lead and grow our established Fleet Sales operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced fleet sales professional or automotive sales leader looking to step into a management role with an existing customer base, established order bank and strong dealership support.

You won’t be starting from scratch. The successful candidate will take over an active portfolio of fleet customers and an existing order bank, providing an immediate platform to build on while continuing to grow our fleet business.

The Role

As Fleet Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing Rockingham Toyota’s fleet sales operation, maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers while identifying opportunities for further growth.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Taking ownership of an established fleet customer portfolio and existing order bank

- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing fleet customers

- Developing new fleet business through prospecting, networking, referrals and lead generation

- Overseeing fleet enquiries, quotations, orders and customer requirements

- Building long-term relationships with businesses, organisations and key decision-makers

- Driving fleet sales performance and identifying opportunities for continued growth

- Ensuring an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales and delivery process

- Working closely with dealership management and Toyota to maximise fleet opportunities

- Leading the day-to-day operation of the Fleet department

- Ensuring customers receive consistent communication and professional account management

Importantly, you will be supported by an experienced Fleet Sales Assistant, providing administrative and operational support and allowing you to focus on customer relationships, sales and business development.





Required Attributes

- Previous Fleet Sales experience is highly regarded

- Automotive sales management, account management or business development experience

- Toyota experience will be highly regarded

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong commercial customer relationships

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- A demonstrated ability to generate and develop new business

- Commercially focused with the drive to achieve and exceed targets

- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience

- Robust organisational and time-management skills

- Current Motor Vehicle Sales Licence

- Current Driver's Licence and Police Clearance
