Job description:

Join the St Marys team as a Collections Officer and manage a portfolio of commercial retail loan accounts
from first contact through to resolution.

In this role, you'll balance recovery outcomes with empathy, sound judgement and strong stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers about overdue commercial loan accounts
- Negotiate practical payment arrangements and resolutions
- Maintain accurate records, notes and supporting documentation
- Coordinate dealers, legal, insolvency and auction stakeholders
- Support asset valuations, disposal and recovery activity

Experience Required

- Commercial collections, credit, finance or customer-service experience




- Confident negotiation and difficult-conversation skills
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Organised portfolio management and sound judgement
- Experience with finance systems and Microsoft Office
